Call for Entries
Welcome to the 28th Annual Western Magazine Awards Submission Process.
The 2010 call for submissions opens May 1, 2010 and entries will be accepted in-hand until 9 p.m. Sunday June 6, 2010. Entries will not be accepted after 9 p.m. Sunday, June 6, 2010.
Please familiarize yourself with the rules and guidelines.
Who May Submit
Magazine publishers, editors, art directors and freelance contributors are all eligible to submit. Editors and art directors should consult with freelancers to avoid duplication.
What You Will Need to Submit
1. The correct spelling and punctuation of each entry's title as it appears on the article and contributors names. We do not edit or fact-check the entries later so they will appear exactly as entered on all Awards materials (at the Awards, in press releases, on the website and on the Award certificates). Please do not use ALL CAPS.
2. A mid to low resolution PDF of the article is required for each entry in the written and visual categories. Only Magazine of the Year categories must submit hard copies. No other hard copies (for any other category) are required. This is further described in "How-to-package.
