2010 winners in the four Gold categories will receive $1000 each.

Submissions

Magazine publishers, editors and art directors and freelance contributors are all eligible to submit. Editors and art directors should consult with freelancers to avoid duplication.

The fee for each entry is $55 (plus GST) if the entry appeared in a magazine with a circulation of 20,000 or less; or $75 (plus GST) if the entry appeared in a magazine with a circulation of more than 20,000. Send one cheque or money order for the total number of entries submitted (made payable to the Western Magazine Awards Foundation) with your entries.

 

Award Prizes

Written and visual category winners each receive $750.00.

The four Provincial Gold Award winners each receive $1000.00.

Magazine of the Year and Lifetime Achievement Award winners do not receive a cash prize.

All winners receive certificates.
